EB-5 Regional Centers

Birch Capital acquires investment capital through a variety of investment structures, primarily through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. The EB-5 pilot program, created by the U.S. Congress in 1993, creates a vehicle for foreign investors who commit a specified investment amount into a new commercial enterprise (known as a “Regional Center”) to obtain lawful permanent residence in the United States (a “green card”).

Birch Capital principals are currently managing several Regional Center projects, including developments of affiliates of Wexford Science & Technology LLC, Samuels & Associates and Tradepoint Atlantic, LLC.
