Birch|Capital acquires investment capital through a variety of investment structures, including the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. The EB-5 program, created by the U.S. Congress in 1993, creates a vehicle for foreign investors who commit a specified investment amount into a targeted employment area (known as a “regional center”) to obtain lawful permanent residence in the United States.

Birch|Capital members are currently managing two Regional Center projects, both of which are developments of affiliates of Wexford Science & Technology LLC.
